Job Description:
The Butte American Legion Baseball Program is searching for coaches for all divisions and an A and B team managers for the 2020 season.
Applicants should have experience managing and coaching and have a flexible work schedule to accommodate games and practices.
Applicants should have a high level of integrity, adequate baseball knowledge/experience, and the ability to manage student athletes in a
professional manner while guiding players to successful on and off the field. The position includes, but is not limited to coaching/managing the
Legion baseball team, working with other coaches to develop and maintain team philosophies, coordinating the legion schedules, maintaining
uniform and equipment inventory.
These positions require a highly
dynamic and effective communicator with the community, parents, and players and
the ability to create, maintain, and promote a positive culture.
